The LMFT position is remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can accommodate your lifestyle while still meeting our clients' therapeutic needs. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns and determine individualized treatment plans.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling the effective handling of client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is a significant advantage, especially in understanding the nuances of virtual therapy.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Narrative Therapy.
• Background in working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in therapeutic practices.
