As a telehealth practitioner, you will engage with clients through secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential space for therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health through virtual sessions.
• Evaluate clients' unique needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including engagement techniques.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy relationships.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Stay abreast of current research and advanced methodologies in marriage and family therapy to enhance practice efficacy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain a strict adherence to ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and promoting their rights and dignity.

Your expertise will be crucial in addressing a broad range of mental health challenges faced by our clients, which include adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing relationship difficulties. • Possession of a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to individuals and couples, with a focus on diverse age groups.
• Proven ability to effectively complete and document client assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Previous experience in a community health setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team approach is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
