In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to incarcerated individuals within our correctional setting. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in promoting the psychological well-being of inmates and contributing to their successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society.Responsibilities:1. Mental Health Assessment: Conduct thorough and accurate mental health assessments for inmates upon entry into the correctional facility, identifying any pre-existing mental health conditions, emotional concerns, and treatment needs.2. Individual Therapy: Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to inmates, offering support and evidence-based interventions to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.3.
