Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, identifying key issues that need to be addressed.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, using proven therapeutic methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic care, emphasizing a team approach to client well-being.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, fostering a supportive environment throughout their journey to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples experiencing relationship difficulties, families grappling with communication issues, and individuals seeking personal growth and emotional stability. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for family and couple therapy, and familiarity with tools like DSM-5.
