Position Overview

Guided Reflections Counseling Center is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. Work Environment

The position is fully remote, giving our therapists the flexibility to work from their own environments while still being interconnected through our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and goals of individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and systemic approaches.
• Guide clients in developing vital coping skills, effective problem-solving techniques, and stress reduction strategies to improve their emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies as needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the client’s mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation through our electronic health records system, meticulously tracking client progress and treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing education and training initiatives to remain updated with the latest methodologies and practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families managing complex dynamics. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services, with a strong emphasis on relational dynamics and family systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Independent working capability with solid time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices outlined by governing bodies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or with underserved populations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Background in crisis intervention and the application of safety protocols when dealing with high-risk clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
