Work Environment

This remote full-time position allows flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, which are crucial to accommodating our clients' diverse needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to develop treatment plans that address their needs.
• Craft personalized therapy programs with defined goals and measurable outcomes, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying creative therapeutic modalities to engage clients and promote constructive dialogue.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated care approach, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Provide ongoing education and guidance to clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and how to best support their loved ones.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards within mental health practice.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
