Position Overview

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively while still being part of a collaborative and collegial team environment. Although the majority of your work will be conducted via telemedicine, you may have the opportunity to engage with patients in our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy while also engaging in family therapy sessions to address multifaceted issues.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, leveraging evidence-based methodologies.
• Cultivating a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings, thoughts, and concerns, and guiding them toward conflict resolution and improved communication skills.
• Addressing a spectrum of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical stressors, and challenges related to blended families.
• Keeping accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any follow-up needed for continuity of care.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals—all seeking support in navigating complex emotional landscapes. The issues addressed will range from communication difficulties and conflicts among family members to profound life changes such as separation and divorce. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• An active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A strong foundation in therapeutic frameworks and practices relevant to family and couples therapy.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with experience in a clinical setting dealing with similar patient populations are preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices is also advantageous, as our model emphasizes flexible care delivery methods.

Compensation and Benefits
