Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, facilitating the development of effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques tailored to the needs of each client, promoting personal growth and well-being.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout treatment to ensure alignment with their aspirations.
• Deliver teletherapy solutions effectively, utilizing technology to connect with clients who may struggle with transportation or mobility issues.
• Maintain ethical standards by keeping precise and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about innovative practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing challenges such as relationship issues, family dynamics, mental health disorders, and personal development concerns. Your role is integral to making mental health services accessible to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current licensure under the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the state of Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure.
• Proven experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of the associated challenges faced by these communities.

Preferred Experience

While strong foundational qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have at least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings. Experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of trauma-informed care practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
