Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, aimed at crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to promote client growth and emotional wellbeing.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy services that are accessible to clients with mobility challenges or those preferring virtual options.
• Maintain precise documentation and case notes to uphold ethical standards, contributing to high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Health Sphere Therapy, you will work with a diverse client base facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
