Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or others suitable for various conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on documented progress.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions to clients who may face mobility issues or prefer virtual interactions, ensuring accessibility and continuous support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations, while fostering a secure therapeutic environment.
• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of contemporary therapeutic trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Health Sphere Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, providing the necessary foundation to effectively support clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients; this includes active listening, empathy, and the ability to challenge clients constructively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents, couples, or families, is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to enhance service delivery.
• Previous work in a private practice or outpatient setting, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges and demands of mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
