Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, collecting vital client history and conducting mental health screenings to understand their challenges and formulate successful, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. Adapt approaches to encourage personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy.
• Provide teletherapy to clients who may face mobility issues or prefer remote access to mental health services, ensuring that care remains accessible and convenient.
• Maintain precise and secure documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and training initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of innovative treatment methods and industry trends.

Qualifications

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
