Are you looking for a safety conscious company to grow with? Look no further! This is an awesome opportunity with plenty of overtime available. We have multiple Machine Operator positions available in Dresser, WI!

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM

  • Brake Press Operator - $18 an hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM

  • Brake Press Operator - $20 an hour
  • Material Handler - $22.50 an hour

Weekend Shift: Fri - Sun, 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM (work 36 hours get paid for 40)

  • Brake Press Operator - $21 an hour
  • Machine Operator - $20 an hour

Job Summary:

As a Brake Press Operator and Machine Operator, you will perform various bench to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies or operate machinery. This role involves positioning parts accurately, using various tools, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and further your career in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and machine operation tasks on a production line or at a workstation.
  • Position parts in specified locations using various fastening devices and other sub-components.
  • Operate hand-held tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools as required to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify the accuracy of the assembled product or perform batch inspections as needed.
  • Report any defective materials, discrepancies, process malfunctions, or non-compliant products to the Department Lead.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including production sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
