Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.

Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Specialist for a healthcare provider in Kansas City, Missouri. This position involves working in a specialized cardiac electrophysiology laboratory, performing advanced procedures such as ablations, device implants, extractions, transvenous pacemaker (TPM) placements, lead revisions, and cardioversions. The role emphasizes technical proficiency in electrophysiological procedures and compliance with unit-specific guidelines.

Job Details:

  • Location: 2316 East Meyer Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64132
  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: RN certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 1 year of current EP Lab experience, Missouri nursing license or eligible, no specific minimum experience requirement besides the one year of EP lab experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures performed on the unit including Ablations, device implants, extractions, TPM, lead revisions, and cardioversions
  • Additional Information: Must have experience working with equipment such as Phillips devices, and documentation systems like Maclab and Meditech. Unit operates Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1530. No float rotation required. Candidates should be familiar with unit specific policies and guidelines; candidates may be expected to work with new equipment and technology, and to have a strong background in cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
