Their roles can include train operators, station attendants, maintenance staff, customer service representatives, and administrative personnel. These workers ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable movement of passengers within a city’s metro network. They often work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to provide continuous transit services. Metro workers are essential for keeping cities connected and supporting daily commutes for millions of people.
