Job Description

Job Title: Master Plumber / Plumbing Division Leader
Location: Telluride / Rico, Colorado (Housing Provided / Relocation Assistance)
Compensation: Top-Tier Executive Level + Performance Bonuses & Comprehensive Benefits

Trade the Denver Traffic for the San Juan Mountains

Are you a licensed Master Plumber tired of spending hours gridlocked in Denver metro traffic? Are you ready to escape the urban sprawl and step into an ambitious leadership role, while living the authentic Colorado mountain lifestyle?

We are a rapidly growing, high-end mechanical and construction firm based in Telluride, CO. We have a massive pipeline of ultra-luxury projects and need an ambitious, forward-thinking leader to bond their Master Plumber license to our company and spearhead our plumbing division.

The Best Part? We have the housing puzzle solved. Forget Telluride’s crowded housing market—we are providing accommodations in Rico, Colorado. Located just 30 minutes away with an easy, scenic commute, Rico offers true small-town mountain vibes, a tight-knit community, and immediate access to the great outdoors without the resort-town chaos.

What’s In It For You?

  • Housing Secured: Skip the stress of finding a place to live. Enjoy a local housing solution in beautiful, historic Rico, CO.
  • Elite Compensation: We pay well above Denver market averages to ensure our leadership is rewarded for their vision and license bonding.
  • The Mountain Lifestyle: Swap city noise and smog for world-class skiing, mountain biking, and fly fishing right in your backyard.
  • True Leadership Position: You won't just be turning wrenches; you will partner directly with ownership to build a division and scale a small company with immense growth potential.
  • Relocation Support: We will help make your move from the Front Range to the Western Slope as seamless as possible.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Company Qualifier: Bond your Colorado Master Plumber license to the company, enabling us to pull permits and aggressively bid on high-end work.
  • Division Growth: Partner with ownership to structure, hire, and manage our growing plumbing team.
  • High-End Execution: Lead and oversee plumbing installations on complex, multi-million dollar custom mountain homes and luxury estates in the Telluride region.
  • Project Oversight: Manage estimating, blueprints, and quality control to ensure projects meet exacting luxury standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Colorado Master Plumber License: Active and in good standing, with the immediate ability to bond to the company.
  • Custom Home Experience: Proven track record working on high-end, complex residential builds or luxury custom homes.
  • Leadership Ambition: A driven individual ready to transition from a field-only role into a true operational management position.
  • Relocation Ready: A strong desire to leave the Denver metro area for a quieter, wealthier, outdoor-centric mountain lifestyle.

To Apply

If you are ready to elevate your career, your wallet, and your lifestyle, let's talk. Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you are ready to make the move to the Telluride area.
