This Family Medicine opportunity near a major Nebraska metro offers the autonomy of rural medicine with the support of an experienced clinical team, a four-day workweek, and the flexibility to practice the full scope of Family Medicine without Obstetrics.

  • Established Patient Panel: Step into a busy practice with immediate volume due to a physician retirement.
  • Full-Spectrum Family Medicine: Practice broad outpatient medicine with the option to perform procedures based on your interests.
  • Collaborative Team: Join four physicians, six APPs, dedicated 1:1 MA or nursing support, and centralized clinic resources.
  • Flexible Four-Day Schedule: Four 10-hour clinic days with a built-in 90-minute administrative block and minimal inpatient responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits


  • 300,000 guaranteed base salary plus 46 per wRVU production incentives
  • 30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and residency stipend available
  • Quality incentives paid at 4 per wRVU
  • Six weeks PTO, 5,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, loan repayment eligibility, and retirement matching
