First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Newton, Massachusetts.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN Float) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:00 – 16:30 | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekend coverage once every 6 weeks.
    • Territory Coverage / Floating: Home Health Float RN covering urban territories (Boston metro, Cambridge, South Boston, Financial District, and surrounding areas). Reliable personal transportation required.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (10/18/2026 – 01/16/2027) | 1 Open Position.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ year of dedicated Certified Home Health Agency experience AND 1+ year of Case Management experience [HARDSTOP].
    • Strict Qualification Exclusion: Experience strictly in hospice, private duty/private care, or inpatient hospital case management does NOT meet the certified home health care management requirement [HARDSTOP].
  • Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts State RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Operational Readiness: Driver's License, active personal automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle for daily field travel.
