Job description

Description:

Accent Electrical Services was founded in 2003 and is located in Broomfield, Colorado. Accent Electrical Services is a commercial electrical contractor with projects located all over the Denver Metro Area.  We are looking for qualified experienced electricians to join our team.


Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry.


This is not the full job description of the position, but a summary

Requirements:
  • Must have a current Colorado State Electrical Journeyman License
  • Reads blueprints and demonstrate experience which exceeds apprentice level
  • Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, avoid unsightly, hazardous, unreliable wiring, be consistent with specifications, safety codes and local electrical codes with Foreman’s input
  • Performs installation of electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures based on project specifications and local codes with Foreman’s input
  • Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, electrical feeders, power systems and /or switch gear
  • Repairs faulty equipment or systems
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds or roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures
  • Able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, lift and reach over head
  • Advise management whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
  • Knowledge of the NFPA, NEC, IECC codes and have strong problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $31 - $36 (Posted salary ranges are made in good faith - AES reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate).
