FULL TIME ONLY!
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Verifiable CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a Passenger Endorsement
  • 5 years of driving experience preferred; 3 years required which must be verifiable through DMV
  • Strong knowledge of the service area (Multi County area including DC) is preferred
  • Professionally groomed and uniformed at all time
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a clean verifiable driver record (no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
  • Customer Service Experience is required
  • High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills
  • Must be able and willing to work Monday - Sunday - split shift schedules - according to bid selection/award

Core Competencies / Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle Pre-Trip Inspection
  • Operate 45 ft Over the Road Motor Coach
  • Complete Pre-Trip Inspection Report and deposit copy
  • Report any corrections to Dispatch and or Maintenance Supervisor
  • Operate his/her vehicle in a safe and courteous manner at all times
  • Observe and obey all posted speed limits and traffic laws
  • Maintain a current Commercial Driver's License current, DOT Card
  • Report any changes in their driving record immediately upon change
  • Document all times, passenger counts, incidents, or any other information requested
  • Assist with ADA passengers to ensure safe transport
  • Will follow all safety requirements as instructed by safety manager
  • Other duties as required
