You will
  • Execute and sign off inspections, maintenance, and repairs per FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Exercise IA authority for return‑to‑service approvals; manage annual and progressive inspections.
  • Coach technicians, elevate skills, and enforce proven maintenance practices.
  • Maintain complete, accurate logbooks and compliance records.
  • Diagnose mechanical/structural issues and implement effective fixes.
  • Guard an uncompromising level of detail and finish in every task.
  • Coordinate status, findings, and ETAs with customers, pilots, and the shop team.
  • Promote a safety‑first, accountability‑driven environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to planning, scheduling, and shop efficiency.
You bring
  • FAA A&P certification (current) and active Inspector Authorization.
  • 4+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within an aviation maintenance setting.
  • Strong command of FAA rules, inspection protocols, and documentation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver quality under time constraints.
