This is a unique opportunity to enter a thriving, high-growth clinical environment that prioritizes physician autonomy and specializes in advanced home dialysis modalities. With new offices expanding into Tysons and Lansdowne, you will play a pivotal role in a practice renowned for its sophisticated patient mix and commitment to clinical excellence.


  • Diverse Clinical Scope: Manage a compelling blend of chronic kidney disease, renal transplant care, and hypertension. You will enjoy a broad general nephrology panel with a unique emphasis on state-of-the-art home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Optimal Outpatient Balance: Experience a refreshing departure from the industry-standard hospital burden; while initial volume is a 50/50 split, the role transitions to a 6070% outpatient-heavy model.
