Budtender Job Summary: The Budtender will assist in setup, packaging inventory and sales to patients and customers for all marijuana inventory and Company merchandise. Duties/Responsibilities: Greets and interacts with patients and customers. Maintain high standards and follow all Company SOPS.
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to products. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs. Answers customer's questions about products and offers a positive and welcoming experience.
Accurately complete preparatory work, inventory processes, transfers and sales. Regular and thorough cleaning of equipment and general work areas. Remain well educated on all products and methods of use and assists customers with purchase decisions.
Assist in receiving, inventory management and stocking. Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State and local requirements. Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
