POSITION SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Lead is a key holder responsible for the operational backbone of dispensary retail - inventory integrity,
product receiving, and back-of-house compliance. This role ensures that every product moving through the facility is
accurately tracked, properly stored, and compliant with all state regulations, enabling a seamless front-of-house customer
experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, verify, and accurately enter all incoming product shipments in full compliance with DHSS-DCR and state
tracking requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, periodic physical audits, and proactive discrepancy resolution
• Process and fulfill all online, curbside, or pre-order queues accurately and within defined service windows (where
applicable)
• Partner with GM and AM to forecast inventory needs, manage reorder thresholds, and flag supply concerns
• Ensure compliant product labeling, storage organization, and disposal practices in accordance with state regulations
• Support store opening and/or closing procedures as a key holder when needed
• Train Budtenders and other team members on inventory protocols, compliance handling, and product intake
procedures
• Identify, document, and escalate any inventory discrepancies, losses, or compliance irregularities immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready back-of-house environment at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required by Missouri DHSS-DCR)
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Missouri Facility Agent ID through DHSS-DCR/MyComplia prior to starting
employment
• Minimum 1 year of inventory management, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience; cannabis preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn seed-to-sale tracking systems (METRC strongly preferred)
• Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on feet for extended shifts
• Flexibility for varied shifts including some evenings and weekends

• Direct experience with METRC compliance and Missouri DHSS-DCR inventory regulations
• Prior cannabis dispensary or pharmaceutical inventory experience
• Experience cross-training team members on compliance-driven processes
