As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instructions, and offer clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Experience- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure/registration in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain a valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
