Job description

Tranquility Place is one of the last privately owned methadone clinics in Utah and we are looking to hire a dosing nurse. Going on ten years changing lives one person at a time. Job Requirements and Duties
  • Must be at minimum a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in the state of Utah
  • Must pass background check
  • Competent with computer and software (software training done in house)
  • Administers medication to patients
  • Hand out takehome doses
  • Prepares specimens for UA lab
