Job Description:
Duties: Responsible for developing and executing strategies in the ISEM's Power & Energy (P&E) business for the Energy Storage and Energy Management applications. Identify product/devices for NXP ISEM P&E opportunity in the energy management, energy storage, EV supply equipment, energy conversion and metering markets. Develop market requirements and business cases for differentiating technologies, products and solutions. Create messaging and launch projects to attract and win direct and mass market customers. Utilize understanding of the P&E market, customers, technologies, trends and needs to coordinate globally and facilitate joint business meetings across unit and geographies. Support identifying key decision makers within customer executive teams, engineering supply management and establish relationships in favor of NXP. Responsible for defining and developing the P&E ecosystem of customers and partners. 20% of domestic and international (Europe, Asia) travel for customer visits, trade shows, and training engineering teams required.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Engineer, Support Technician, Sales Engineer or related occupations.
Required skills:
Position requires five (5) experience in:
1. Programming in C;
2. PCB design and microcontroller programming;
3. Technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry;
4. Managing opportunities in SFDC CRM Tool; and
5. Defining system architectures, associated block diagrams and proposing semiconductor offering.
Salary: $197621 per year.
