What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate maintenance administration activities, including work orders, billing, payroll support, employee travel arrangements, and shop documentation.
  • Maintain asset and maintenance records within SAP, including meter readings, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment data, and work orders.
  • Manage capital asset administration by establishing new equipment records, processing capital project documentation, and supporting asset close-out activities.
  • Support equipment lifecycle processes, including transfers, additions, disposals, FAIM updates, and maintenance reporting for plants and mobile equipment.
  • Serve as a key resource for maintenance systems by training employees and assisting with purchasing and procurement activities.
What Are We Looking For
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems, preferably SAP or similar business platforms.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analyzing operational information to support maintenance activities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple plant and maintenance teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
