Job description

Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading global print production/delivery company seeking a Delivery Ops/Print Production Associate II for a long term contract.  If you have at least 1 year experience in print production and customer service this is the Ideal role for you.   Apply now and call 703-620-6444 to work with this well respected Global organization  
Responsibilities:
  • Perform document assembly and finishing

    receive, review and electronically log customer jobs –

    Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers) - - Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database –

    Track and coordinate the move, add or change of office equipment assets at customer accounts- - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, log for billing purposes-

     Log incoming packages and other accountable mail-

    Collect and submit meter reads –

    Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required –

    Estimate, schedule and track incoming production jobs –

    Track and store jobs  for reuse at a future date and maintain reporting logs and information for billing

  • Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service 
  • At least 1 year of experience in Print Production preferred
  • Preferred experience running production printers, folders and inserts
  • Preferred experience  with copy center/mailroom
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
