Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Provide personalized one-on-one metaphysical sessions that support guests on their journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and wellbeing.
• Deliver thoughtful and engaging readings that offer insight into personality traits, life patterns, relationships, and potential future opportunities.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where guests feel comfortable exploring meaningful questions and perspectives.
• Build strong guest connections through compassionate listening, professionalism, and a personalized approach to each session.
• Collaborate with Spa and Wellness colleagues to ensure a seamless, integrated wellness experience that supports overall guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Canyon Ranch service standards, wellness philosophy, and confidentiality practices while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bring 3–5 years of professional experience providing metaphysical services, readings, or intuitive guidance in a client-focused setting
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a strong foundation in metaphysical practices, personal growth, and holistic wellbeing
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create meaningful connections with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrate a compassionate, intuitive, and professional approach while maintaining appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment that encourages self-discovery, reflection, and personal insight
• Thrive in a collaborative wellness environment by working effectively with interdisciplinary teams while delivering personalized experiences aligned with Canyon Ranch service standards and philosophy
