About the Role:

As a Metal Fabricator within the door, frame, and hardware distribution industry, you will play a critical role in transforming raw metal materials into precise, high-quality components and products that meet client specifications. Your expertise will ensure that fabricated metal parts are produced efficiently, safely, and to exact standards, supporting the supply chain and customer satisfaction. This role demands a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining equipment and workspace safety standards. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the seamless delivery of metal products that uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a metal fabricator or in a similar role within manufacturing or trade.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting elevations and technical drawings.
  • Experience operating metal fabrication machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Basic welding skills and knowledge of metalworking techniques.
  • 5+ years of working experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or metal fabrication.
  • Experience with CNC machinery and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
  • Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
