Daily tasks include cold calling, fielding inquiry, following-up on leads, participating in local and national trade shows, holding demonstrations, assisting clientele with instrument alignment questions, providing sales support as needed, and keeping appropriate records.

Primary sales targets are the decision makers in the industries of power generation, metals, pulp & paper, and water, as well as the more secondary target markets of automotive, chemicals, food & beverage, petroleum, gas, mining, pharmaceuticals, plastics, printing, mechanical services, OEM, building services, and schools/ trade associations.
