Metal Fabricator


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Metal Fabricator to join our team. The Metal Fabricator will play a crucial role in transforming raw metal materials into high-quality finished products and structures. This involves meticulously interpreting engineering blueprints, precisely measuring and marking materials, and expertly utilizing a range of specialized tools and machinery to cut, bend, shape, and weld metal components. This position demands a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and efficient production.

Metal Fabricator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30pm to 04:30pm)
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Measure, mark, and lay out metal stock or other materials accurately for cutting, bending, and shaping.
  • Operate and set up various metal fabrication machinery, including but not limited to brake presses, metal presses, and rollers.
  • Perform precise cutting, bending, punching, and shaping of metal materials according to design specifications.
  • Inspect finished products and structures to ensure they meet quality standards, dimensional accuracy, and design specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Metal Fabricator Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating a Brake Press, Metal Press, and Roller.
  • Strong ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Solid understanding of various welding processes and the properties of different metal types.
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude for precise measurements and calculations.
  • High degree of precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
