The Opportunity

We are seeking a Fabricator to join our Architectural Sales shop team. You will fabricate and weld hollow metal doors, frames, and custom metal components for commercial construction projects, working from shop drawings and specifications to produce high-quality finished products. If you enjoy hands-on fabrication work and thrive in a team-oriented shop environment, this is the role for you.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Weld and fabricate hollow metal doors, frames, and custom assemblies per project specs
  • Perform MIG and ARC welding on light gauge and structural steel
  • Measure, cut, punch, and form metal components using fabrication equipment
  • Grind and finish welded surfaces to paint-ready quality
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication sheets, and work orders
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area safely and cleanly


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of welding or metal fabrication experience
  • MIG welding proficiency; ARC welding a plus
  • Ability to read shop drawings and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Safety-focused with reliable attendance


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with hollow metal doors, frames, or architectural metal fabrication
  • Trade or technical training in welding or metal fabrication
  • Shop or manufacturing environment experience
