What are some common challenges Metal Building Erectors face on the job, and how can they overcome them?

Metal Building Erectors often encounter challenges such as working in varying weather conditions, managing heavy materials, and ensuring precise alignment of structural components. Safety is a top priority, as the job frequently involves working at heights and using power tools.
