Responsibilities (Depending on the position, responsibilities may include):

  • Supporting enterprise knowledge management and information-sharing capabilities across classified and unclassified environments,
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related collaboration solutions,
  • Building, maintaining, and integrating enterprise applications while supporting structured and unstructured data environments,
  • Developing dashboards, reports, workflows, databases, and data visualizations,
  • Improving business processes and automating manual workflows,
  • Supporting records management, retention, taxonomy, metadata, and information governance,
  • Developing technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and operating procedures,
  • Conducting user training and supporting the organizational adoption of new tools and processes,
  • Gathering requirements from government stakeholders and translating them into technical or functional solutions,
  • Working collaboratively with geographically dispersed government and contractor teams,
  • Supporting implementation and sustainment activities at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must possess an Active Secret security clearance and maintain required security eligibility,
  • Must possess an active U.S. passport at the time of hiring selection,
  • Relevant professional experience in one or more core disciplines: Knowledge Management, Microsoft/Collaboration Platforms, Software Development/Engineering, Data & Analytics, Records Management, Business Process Improvement, Organizational Change/Training, or Technical Site Support,
  • Ability to work onsite at the assigned government facility and travel (CONUS and OCONUS) when required,
  • Preferred Experience: Joint DoD operational environments, Combatant commands, SharePoint (2016/2019/SE/Online), M365, Teams, Power Platform, OpenText Content Manager, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, .NET, C#, Angular, React, REST APIs, DevSecOps, Agile development, data visualization, and enterprise information governance
