Position Title: Information Management Architect

Location: Milford, OH

Job Description:-

We are looking for self-motivated Information Management architects to drive innovations on technology interoperable platforms with major ETL and BI reporting tools for enterprise customers in diverse industry verticals. 

Responsibilities: 

Architect and implement solutions in the area of Enterprise data integration and management 

Build new solutions/offerings in area of Data Integration and BI 

Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology(POT) evaluation on interoperable technology platforms 

Train and mentor developers towards solution development and POC/POT execution 

Support presales engineering activities for Data Management ETL based RFPs 

Support projects on technical issues/solutions 


Qualifications: Technical: Must have: 

Minimum 10 years' experience in Enterprise Data Management including Data governance, Master data management, data quality and metadata management. 

Proficient in Data warehousing concepts, operational data stores and associated data modelling 

Experience in major ETL and BI Reporting tools, database, data modeling, data management 

Should be able to prepare end to end Data Management and ETL strategy /roadmap definition and solution design in BI areas for clients 

Experience in configuration and development of real-time interface using CDC, XML & MQ 

Experience in architecting and designing data archival engagements (e.g. Data archival for retiring applications, on-going data archival/live archiving) 

Proven ability to mentor at both ETL Development and design levels. 

Clear understanding of the RDBMS for both SMP and MPP databases. 


Nice to have: 

Understanding/Experience in Big data analytics 

Sizing and estimating, capacity planning of ETL platforms 

Establish ETL guidelines/templates, best practices & standards 


Non-Technical: Must have: 

Work with different technical and business stakeholders as needed during the entire tenure of an Information Management engagement. 

Analytical and problem solving skills. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. 


Nice to have: 

Familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies is plus. 

Ability to work independently and as a team member.
