Job description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Coordinator to join the Global Sales Planning & Strategy team, reporting to the Director, Global Sales Planning & Strategy. This position will be fully ingrained in the dynamics of sales and management across all licensed rights in worldwide TV distribution but with a focus on the global AVOD/FAST/SVOD revenue share business, including Lionsgate's owned & operated channels.

Responsibilities
  • Curate platform-specific avails for global revenue share partners with attention to each platform's editorial and programming priorities
  • Analyze title-level performance on revenue share platforms to refine content strategy and drive platform growth
  • Collaborate with international territory managers on local market strategies and clear titles for use on AVOD platforms
  • Drive efficiency by bridging communication between Sales and support teams to streamline approvals, rights clearance, and servicing
  • Manage avails refresh for Lionsgate's owned and operated FAST and SVOD channels, including deal memo entry and maintenance 
  • Identify underutilized segments of Lionsgate's library and devise monetization strategy
  • Advise on potential library acquisitions and/or renewals and contribute to building financial models to support decision making 
  • Liaise with IT/Research on development and implementation of dashboards and tools
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement for content metadata and key art; suggest titles for uprezing; and evaluate titles for potential foreign language asset creation
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Passionate about Film and TV and ideally experienced within the TV, Film or Digital industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate objectives or performance on behalf of the team
  • Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems
  • Intermediate knowledge of and experience in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Proficient in data analytics and sourcing market research
  • A college degree is required

This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
