Job description

Harkcon, Inc. is supporting Dept of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and is hiring a SharePoint Configuration Management Specialist to work in a strong team environment at NNSA OST Headquarters facilities in ABQ, NM. In this role, you will: -- Provide SharePoint support and training to end users and other staff on a wide range of SharePoint applications and processes as required.
-- Design and establish test environment for new architecture before migrating to final environment based on requirements defined in agency guidelines.
-- Configure and maintain electronic documents and databases in designated file share repositories on SharePoint site architecture or other specific locations that is responsive to current and future needs and to ensure the near real-time coordination, review, storage, and reporting of documents.
-- Migrate data from one server to another and organize files electronically on SharePoint with appropriate metadata to meet orders, policy, and directives.
Qualifications BA/BS
-- 4+ years of related experience in
* SharePoint Online and Power Platform
* Custom Workflows, Power Automate and Excel Services
* Office 365 site templates with custom libraries and lists
-- 4+ years of experience with SharePoint administration (required)
-- 3+ years of experience with creating or customizing SharePoint site collections, sites, lists or libraries, workflows, and metadata.
-- Power BI Knowledge
-- MS Planner knowledge (not required but helpful)
-- Ability to work onsite, Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 6:30am to 3:30 pm
