The Opportunity

Clera is the AI talent agent. We don't wait for applications—we go find the best people and get them hired at companies like Luminai, Windsurf, and Mintlify.

We're looking for a B2C Marketing Working Student / Intern to help us grow our consumer-facing talent side. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and execute marketing strategies that attract top talent to Clera's platform.

This role is for you if
  • You're currently enrolled at a US university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or a recent graduate

  • You have a passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth

  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • You think in experiments and want to see the impact of your work

  • You have strong written communication skills in English

What you'll work on

Consumer Growth & Acquisition

  • Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform

  • Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels

  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements

Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent

  • Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms

  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community

Community & Engagement

  • Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform

  • Help organize virtual events, webinars, and AMAs for the talent community

  • Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on key B2C metrics: signups, activation, engagement, referrals

  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives

  • Use data to identify what's working and double down on winning channels
