Job description

We're looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer who can take ownership of 46 client accounts and consistently drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strategy, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of client performance with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 4-6 Meta advertising accounts.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and offers.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide clear performance insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards for campaign setup, tracking, QA, and account organization.
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates and advertising best practices.
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members and clients when needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Preferred: Personally managed at least $50,000/month in Meta ad spend with responsibility for strategy and optimization.
  • Comfortable working with budgets ranging from small businesses to high-spending accounts.
