• Conduct ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, facilitating clients' self-awareness and emotional growth.

Your counseling practice will focus primarily on stable and low-acuity adults who are seeking support for managing anxiety, stress, and other mental health challenges. Through personalized interactions, you will empower clients to gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, significantly contributing to their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is essential (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Experience in providing therapy remotely or a willingness to adapt to virtual therapy methodologies.
• Strong communication skills that promote rapport-building in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to cultural competence and delivering inclusive mental health care.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote mental health practices.
• Proficiency in digital health tools and platforms that support effective telehealth delivery.
