• Engage in one-on-one video sessions with clients, providing empathetic and ethical counseling tailored to their unique needs.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their thoughts and emotions, fostering a path toward improved mental health and well-being.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Proficiency in delivering therapy remotely, with a willingness to adapt to emerging teletherapy tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care to clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments.

• Experience in developing personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
