We currently operate 55 stores in 13 states, including Puerto Rico. We are looking for a creative, sales-driven Social Media Expert (all platforms) to help grow our brand, increase store traffic, and generate high-quality leads for our Rent-to-Own/Retail business.

This role is about more than posting - it's about driving dollars.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute a social media strategy that drives in-store traffic and online leads
  • Promote weekly specials, tax season campaigns, rebooking opportunities, and new inventory
  • Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Oversee Facebook Marketplace listings and local lead generation
  • Create engaging content (reels, short-form videos, promos, testimonials)
  • Track analytics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI
  • Support multiple locations with localized marketing efforts
