As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading discussions with client stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) business needs and translate requirements into scalable solution designs
  • Designing functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva platforms, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades
  • Leading project delivery activities across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Advising senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations
  • Contributing to Deloitte's practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and helping teams solve complex client challenges

  • 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvement opportunities
  • Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva platforms

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
