As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
  • Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
  • An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler.
  • 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Why Join Merryhill Preschool

  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Professional growth and training opportunities.
  • Supportive, team-focused work environment.
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact in children’s earliest years of learning.

If you’re ready to create a loving, enriching environment where infants can thrive — and to help us continue developing the best schools and educators in America—apply today!
