Full Stack Developers (MERN Stack)

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid โ€“ 2โ€“3 dayz onsite/week)
Duration: 12+ months contract (Strong chance of extension)

4 Mid-Level Developers (5โ€“6 yearsโ€™ experience)

4 Senior Developers (8โ€“10 yearsโ€™ experience)

About the Opportunity:

Join a high-impact product team developing a cutting-edge digital mapping and analytics platform used for operational planning, outage playback, and real-time event simulations. This is your chance to build highly visual, data-rich applications that directly shape critical infrastructure operations.

Youโ€™ll work in a collaborative Agile environment (8โ€“10 members) โ€” designing, coding, and deploying scalable features that bring interactive maps, predictive simulations, and advanced visualization tools to life.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop and enhance full stack applications using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express
  • Design and implement interactive map layers (Mapbox, Gooogle Maps, etc.)
  • Build new REST APIs and optimize back-end data handling
  • Deploy applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Design teams in an Agile setup
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and contribute to roadmap features
  • Present demos and contribute innovative ideas during sprint showcases

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Proven experience developing interactive mapping or data visualization tools
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Git/Bitbucket, and Agile development
  • Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, or Web Sockets
  • Knowledge of Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js
  • Background in utility, energy, or operational analytics projects
  • Confident in leading demos and articulating technical solutions
