About the Role

Do you have great energy and a love for food, fun, and guest service?

At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we create memorable experiences through play, creativity, and great hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Guest Experience Hosts supporting Food & Beverage operations.

As a Food & Beverage Host you’ll help create a fun and welcoming environment for families visiting our attraction. From serving delicious treats in the café to assisting guests with retail purchases, you’ll play an important role in making every guest’s visit memorable. Every shift is fast-paced, fun, and full of smiles!

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve up great experiences.
Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while delivering friendly, engaging service to every guest.

Maintain food safety & cleanliness.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean café and retail environment.

Engage with guests.
Create positive interactions with families and children, ensuring everyone feels welcome and cared for during their visit.

Keep operations running smoothly.
Restock supplies, manage guest lines safely, maintain merchandise displays, and keep work areas organized and ready for service.

Be a team player.
Support fellow Hosts, assist with opening and closing duties, and bring positive energy to every shift.


About You

  • 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
