We are seeking a Global Channel Marketing Director, based in the United States, to lead Aiper's global channel marketing operations across North America, Europe, Australia, and Latin America. This role operates under the strategic guidance of the Brand & Marketing Center (BMC) but is part of the RSC – Regional Sales Center (Global) organization. While the BMC defines Aiper's corporate brand positioning, global campaigns, and consumer-facing marketing, the Channel Marketing Director is responsible for translating those strategies into executable channel marketing programs that directly support Aiper's distributors, retailers, and strategic sales partners.

The mission of this role is to drive sell‐in, accelerate sell‐through, and ensure sustainable sell‐out performance across global channels through data‐driven, ROI‐focused marketing programs. Scope Clarification: This position does not cover Amazon, online marketplaces, or Aiper's DTC (Direct‐to‐Consumer) website. Its primary focus is on B2B channel marketing, supporting physical and professional retail channels, not direct consumer marketing.

Key Responsibilities Global Channel Marketing Strategy Develop and implement Aiper's global channel marketing framework, integrating the full sales pipeline methodology (sell‐in → sell‐through → sell‐out). Translate company‐level brand strategies and annual marketing plans from the Brand & Marketing Center (BMC) into actionable channel marketing programs for each regional market. Design tailored strategies for Mass Retail (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin) and Pool Professional channels (e.g., PoolCorp, Fluidra).

Ensure all activities align with Aiper's brand guidelines, tone, and identity while addressing the commercial needs of regional markets. Integrated Marketing Execution (ATL + BTL) Lead the planning and execution of integrated channel marketing campaigns combining Above‐the‐Line (ATL) branding and Below‐the‐Line (BTL) activation. Design retail and distribution marketing programs including co‐op marketing, trade promotions, POS visibility, and in‐store events.

Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Center to localize global campaigns for channel implementation, ensuring consistent brand representation. Execute omni‐channel partner programs focused on sell‐through acceleration, excluding DTC(Aiper.com) or Amazon marketplace activities. Collaborate with global key accounts and distributors — Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, PoolCorp, Fluidra, Leroy Merlin, Media Markt, and others — to develop joint marketing programs that enhance category performance and sales momentum.

Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and co‐marketing initiatives, integrating promotions, in‐store activities, and digital retail efforts. Develop partner marketing toolkits, retail merchandising materials to ensure channel consistency and execution excellence. ROI, Budget & Performance Management Manage the global channel marketing budget, ensuring disciplined investment and clear ROI accountability.

Establish and track KPIs related to sell‐in uplift, sell‐through velocity, sell‐out growth, and partner engagement. Use CRM and analytics dashboards to monitor marketing performance and guide optimization. Consolidate performance reporting into broader P&L and business performance reviews for executive leadership.

Lead Aiper's participation in global industry events, tradeshows, and marketing activations, overseeing planning, creative direction, and execution. Represent Aiper at key global channel events, building relationships with distributors and retail executives. Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, brand presentation, and commercial outcomes at all events.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead and mentor a global channel marketing team of three professionals based in Europe, United States and Canada, establishing clear objectives and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and hands‐on execution across the team. Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Product Sales Department (PSD), Brand, and Finance to ensure full alignment between marketing execution and commercial strategy.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of channel marketing experience in consumer electronics, smart‐home, or technology industries, preferably within global or regional roles. Proven success in integrated marketing (ATL + BTL) and sales pipeline‐based channel marketing strategy.

Experience managing marketing collaborations with mass retailers (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin) and professional B2B distributors (e.g., PoolCorp, Fluidra, SCP). Strong understanding of trade marketing, retail activation, and category management. Excellent ability to link marketing investment with commercial results using data analytics and CRM systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across cross‐functional, multicultural teams. Proficient in CRM, PowerBI, Excel, and marketing analytics tools. Fluent in English (mandatory working language); proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Must be based in the United States (remote role), with 20–30% international travel to lead and attend major global channel marketing events and tradeshows. Must demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, accountability for results, and a hands‐on, proactive working attitude. Ideal Candidate Profile You are a strategic yet execution‐driven channel marketing leader who can bridge corporate brand direction with field‐level sales enablement.

You excel in converting brand strategy into practical, ROI‐focused marketing programs that empower distributors and retailers to achieve sell‐through and sell‐out success. You thrive in fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environments, combining analytical rigor with creative thinking. You are passionate about technology, consumer electronics, and business innovation, and you lead by example, balancing strategy, creativity, and execution with a strong commercial focus.
