$650,000 Salary + $250,000 Bonus
Position Highlights

Clinical Practice This role provides comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume setting:
Surgical & Procedural Services
  • Access to 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive procedures
  • 16 cutting-edge operating rooms
  • Advanced ambulatory surgery center
  • Full spectrum of urologic surgery including robotic, laparoscopic, and open cases

Outpatient & Clinic Services
  • Dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral base
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Telehealth and office-based procedures
  • Support from experienced NPs and clinical staff

Patient Population Treat adult patients with a full spectrum of urological conditions, including:
  • Prostate disease (BPH, prostate cancer)
  • Kidney stones and stone disease
  • Bladder cancer and dysfunction
  • Kidney cancer and renal masses
  • Male infertility and sexual health
  • Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs

Care commonly involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer care, and management of acute urologic conditions.
