We are looking for a Bakery Quality Analyst in 5707 Waterford District Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to:
Position Summary
The Bakery Quality Analyst supports the execution of quality assurance programs through hands-on testing, data collection, and supplier communication. This role contributes to routine quality checks, sample coordination, and sensory evaluation activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing single or multi-stage projects as assigned.
  • Generate high-quality, actionable data; interpret findings and prepare reports.
  • Conduct routine physical and sensory quality assurance checks to verify compliance with brand standards.
  • Assist with sensory panel activities and descriptive analysis in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Communicate results to suppliers and support efforts to guide them toward compliance.
  • Request and coordinate sample delivery from restaurants based on testing guidelines.
  • Collect, interpret, and report data using LIMS, Excel, and other internal systems.
  • Receive, log, and maintain accurate records of all incoming samples.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.

Communication
  • Frequent contact with Bakery Program Manager, Operations Manager, Suppliers, and Client's Managers/Directors

YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition Science, Bakery Science, or related field
  • Quality assurance experience, Sensory Science experience
  • Management experience is a plus

Qualifications Desired
  • Previous Quality Management experience
